This was my first experience working with Andy. My client has used him multiple times in the past though. Andy was very responsive and his responses were direct and factual. Andy was a stud with the VA loan process and helped my client utilize every opportunity that the VA allowed. Andy explained what to expends time frame wise and steps to come. I had to text him to ask a couple of questions and he replied promptly. I really liked the email updates that show what step were in in the process. Those were nice.
