Dr. Manfredini is well-informed and professional. Her bedside manner is terrific as she is a good listener and supportive of the patient.
Dr. Manfredini is professional . accurate in diagnosis & treatment and has excellent communication skills. She truly gives you the best care I have experienced and has exceeded my high expectations for a doctor.
Properly treat and comprehension of my case
The staff was unfriendly. I booked an appointment weeks in advance and they called me a week before to let me know my appointment was cancelled due to a scheduling issue. The staff then told me there was nothing they could do and wanted to book me weeks out again. Horrible staff, not helpful at all. WOULD NEVER CALL AGAIN. Does not care about people, trying to get an appointment for my health but treating me like I'm going in to get my hair styled. ASHLEY WAS NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL AT ALL.
After seeing this Dr three times with severe pain she never read my results to me, instead she read off a paper she found of possible diagnosis on a website. She never offered options for pain relief. She does not look at the individual patient and shows no empathy. Bedside manner is sorely missing.
I completely agree with previous reviews ( 1 star). Dr. Manfredini is very uncaring. My appointment with her was less than 5 minutes. She is very dry and have not people skills. All she cares is to schedule blood test and antibiotic prescriptions. I strongly DO NOT recommend her. I wonder why she is never booked?
Very cold and uncaring. She wouldn't give me a script for my high blood pressure or a script for a mammogram even though my breast has been hurting. She said that I have to go to my ob/gyn, even though I had asked for a physical and a breast exam. There was not a long wait or anyone in the waiting room; I think her reputation proceeds her. It was a waste of my time off from work and my insurance companies money as she did not perform a physical. Very disappointed!
My experiene was that Dr. Manfredini was unprofessional with a terrible bedside manner. She did not listen to me and appeared very annoyed that I was even there asking for help.
