Nicely updated property and room decor. Whiskey Prime steakhouse was great quality. Katie's kitchen quick bites were OK, but the wait in line was not quick. Also not quick was check-in. Though we were helped right away, whatever administrative processing/paperwork the receptionist had to do to check us in took a long time.

The rooms were beautiful, beds very comfortable, a non smoking facility which was very much appreciated. Check in was quick, staff very friendly.

The elevator wouldn’t stop for the 2nd floor and it would take me to the 5th floor instead. A couple times I had to go up and down multiple times before it would finally stop on the 2nd floor. Very annoying. Room was really nice but prices are just way too expensive

Many places were closed and staff seemed overwhelmed in the locations that were open.
