Was a little frustrated at check in that I had to give all my information again. Name address, etc. They seemed to not know that I had 6 people between two rooms. I was looking at all this information on my hotels.com app but the front desk didn't seem to have any of this information. Therefore it took about 20 min to check in. Everything else was great.

Great hotel! Wonderful place to stay. The only negative comment is that the casino is very smoky.

We loved the friendliness of all the staff. They were really super. It was our first visit and we really enjoyed ourselves - food was good, rooms were good. We would definitely go again.

The reception at the front desk was so personal and friendly. Rooms were immaculate with Keurig coffee ready to go! A good variety of places to eat with reasonable prices. Casino area was fun and relaxing.
