I would highly recommend Angel Parkway Pet Hospital, Dr. Raiczyk and every staff member we met be entrusted with the care of your pets. Our family was fortunate to have had Dr. Overton take care our family for 30+ years, so the bar was set very high for any new Veterinarian to whom we could entrust our dogs. Since they have opened we have been taking our dog there and the staff are friendly, professional and just great with our dog. Today when we picked her up from boarding they had even snapped a good picture of my dog and sent it to me. I thought that was nice of them. There at Angel Parkway Animal hospital they go above and beyond to meets the needs of their costumers. We have had no issues.

Excellent pet hospital. After being told to go to an emergency pet hospital because our previous vet had no openings for an x-ray (we thought our dog ate a screw, turns out he didn't), we decided to give this place a try. Dr. Raiczyk was very helpful & knowledgeable, he took the time to explain things and gave our dog a good check-up. He answered our questions and even stayed after his closing time to make sure we got the x-rays we needed and our questions answered. Just to clarify, both our dogs were 6 years old during the boarding, not elder dogs. They were healthy and had been to this vet's patients. We believed they were not given enough water and were grossly dirty when we picked them up. The other dog was a stronger breed so he got through it. After this boarding, they both became very needy, understandably. Another thing I just remembered, later in the day after we picked them up, the weak one developed a fever and became lethargic. I wouldn't bring a dead dog here. No matter what, you'll wait. Your appointment could be the first of the day at 7:30am but I guarantee you won't be seen until 8:15 at the earliest. The tech's are not friendly & WILL shame you if your pet parenting choices are different from theirs. The vet seems friendly but it's clear he wants to be in & out of your room as quickly as possible. No time for questions. They also will not perform any service in front of you. DO NOT take your dogs here! We took our beautiful blue Merle Aussie here for his regular grooming. They had a brand new and unbelievably incompetent groomer who not only knows nothing about dogs but is apparently incapable of following the most basic instructions. We left very explicit instructions as to what we expected - and she SHAVED our Aussie! Only an idiot would shave a double-coated dog, and she did so after we explicitly stated DO NOT SHAVE him. Don't expect emergency care of your pet if you show up during lunch hour no matter how grave the situation. Doesn't seem to matter that the animal has been under their care. Brought a very ill dog to the hospital, was told she could not be seen because all were at lunch, and could not be seen for 20 minutes after lunch, and the afternoon was fully booked.
