I loved working with Angela. She always responded quickly and was always very kind and helpful on the phone. The first house I put an offer on (which didn't end up being my chosen house), I completely forgot to ask for pre-approval anywhere. Once I called Angela on a Friday afternoon, she immediately took care of everything that needed to get done.
