5 Star : My Experience Angel”s Touch did an excellent job of repairing rear en damage to my vehicle. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for high quality auto body work on their vehicle.
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I will not be coming back or recommending Angel Touch Auto Body to anyone. 4 Star : Repair Quality The quality of the repair was fine. 1 Star : Customer Service We were very disappointed with the minimal communication we received. Being told "when we call you, it will be ready" is unacceptable. It is understandable that more time was needed to finish repairs due to the snow storm, but weekly updates of "its not ready yet" was very frustrating.
0 Star : My Experience The woman at the front desk was rude when we called. Also the back up camera was installed upside down
0 Star : My Experience You guys did an absolutely beautiful job! The only, and I mean, only problem I had was when I open the trunk of my Honda Ridgeline the mats that I had in there & the rug crunched in the corner and they were screws and pieces of your used equipment in there. I had to clean & vacuum the trunk. I kept all the screws, but I assume they were extra pieces from replacing the bumper. That would be the only Negative I would say. But I would give you a 9.5 rating out of 10.
0 Star : My Experience There was a mixup with the supplement from USAA insurance that caused me to have to pick up the vehicle in a rush. It was not Angel’s Touch fault but, it made the process unfavorable. I would like to be able to have the vehicle detailed in the future to make up for the untimely event even though it was caused by the USAA agent.
