The front desk girl is professional and nice. Now, when you go back to the doctor. You’ll be hearing about other services that you don’t need or want. They will try to force you in buying electric toothbrush. They will also try to sell you some type of new “braces” that are used for “deep bite”. I actually went there seeking a second opinion for my daughter fill ins and was NOT satisfied. This place is the worst dental place in orlando Kissimmee . They cancelled two appointments without contacting me ,and the owner is very rude. she’s also very unprofessional and has the worst service I experience..Please do not consider going into this Dentist , you will regret.
This place they are very friendly and nice until you do not want to do what they want, dentist kept pushing procedures on my I according to her needed a root canal she was able to do same day I just wanted an extension her attitude changed no longer wanting me there then tried to push braces on me. When I denied that as well no she was basically pushing me out the door. Wicked money hungry I have a horrible infection in my tooth and they do not help me. Because I was not going to bring them big money. SMH
This place is awesome from the front staff to the Doctor and back staff I’m coming from NY and this has been the most easy going experience I’ve ever had highly recommend this place !!
