If you want to make a real deal, Ania from Ultimate Rate Mortgage is the right person. No time wasting, no unnecessary actions. She closed quickly and most importantly, as promised. That was very important for me , because after I applied for the mortgage, I went on vacation out of the country and she did the rest of the work.

Ania is extremely professional and dedicated. Recently, we had worked on a refi together and it was not processed because I had some issues with my multi-family building. Then, I also had probems with my credit. I explained all of these things to Ania. She told me to be patient and we waited a few months to clear up these issues.
