My pup died because they were in surgery and closed. Couldn't examine my dog!! 😡 Told us to go to Vegas. Pahrump people should not have to drive an hour to see a Vetinarian. This needs to change!!!
Worst vet I've been to. Overpriced, taking advantage of people, and no customer service skills. Only option for walk-in in Pahrump. He was rude, talked over me, and raised his voice. He was not listening to me until I firmly asked him to. I felt bullied and am convinced he would have not talk to my husband like that. He charged me extra for something that he did not tell me about beforehand. I was also not allowed to be in the room with my dog while blood was drawn and while he received an injection. I’m VERY dissatisfied with the Animal Care Center of Pahrump!! They sent me home with the INCORRECT dosage of medicine. Once I discovered it and brought it to their attention, they’re solution was to now sell me the correct dosage. What!!?? I need to buy it twice!? How about an apology? How about making it right? How about checking my dog out to make sure there was no harm done? How about sending me home with the correct dosage for free, since it was their mistake? After euthanizing Princess after a long illness went to the care center to pick her up asked for a few moments of personal time we was denied they carried her out in a garbage sack like a piece of trash saying take out the trash and go home How disrespectful thanks Dr. Thomas I appreciate your professionalism I’ll take my piece of trash home how disrespectful !! how unprofessional of you guys thanks!!! Very rude to me over the phone when I'm really worried about my dog who is in obvious pain! I hope a manager sees this and calls me to try and fix this because I am just flabbergasted! 17755147148
I have been here before with a friend and she had Dr. Thomas and he was great so when we had an emergency over the weekend we brought the dog in and I have never been so upset before. Not only was the vet Dr Collins not nice but the receptionist Casey was so rude and wouldn't stop attacking me. When we had to put the dog down from his injuries Dr. Collins had to be asked to leave because he was so rude.
