We had an amazing experience! This was our first time there as a pet parent and Harley-our newly adopted five-year-old Cane Corso 1st time there. She had been abused as a puppy and hasn’t had great experiences at the vet in the past. Everyone was beyond amazing/helpful and made this experience Great! Thank you to everyone.
They got her in the same day. The doctor quickly identified her problem and prescribed her medicine. All the staff is very kind and gentle with her. Despite her being scared at the vet she still wanted to give a kiss to the staff because she felt safe and comfortable with them.
Dr. Davis and Lexy are amazing. They do whatever they can to keep my nervous kitties comfortable and well cared for. They explain things clearly and in a way that's easy for me to understand. They are always receptive to my questions and concerns. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else.
The vet was awesome she was gentle, calm & and just a good nature about her which made me & my cat comfortable. She did not pressure me it made me trust her as a vet. I love that when You walk in there are 2 separate doors one for cats and one for dogs. Which makes it a better environment for my cats.
They were able to get our new dog (rescue) in for an appointment within 4 days. That's incredible! Everyone was VERY nice. Dr. Ellis diagnosed Fiona quickly & gave us great advice on the next 2-3 weeks. We will be switching our other dog to ACCN. 👍🏼👍🏼
