My dog Rip decided to rip his nail pretty bad. Of course it was a few days before he was to get his nails done at our regular vet. The whole staff was amazing, took great care of him. And also appreciated them working with us on payment. (Rip is the black one).
My Weims are repeat customers for various reasons and we have always gotten prompt, professional and courteous care.
I had to make a visit tonight, and I was meet with a amazing, and fast acting staff! Allie was extremely kind as we talked over treatments, and payments. I throughly enjoyed the care my dog received.
Things don't always go our way, and sometimes the hardest decision has to be made. I have to say a very hearthfelt thank you to the staff who were very understanding and compassionate and treated our family member with kindness, dignity, and gentleness both before and after, letting us say goodbye and being with him so that he knew he was loved as he passed and his pain ended.Thank you for making a difficult time easier to bear.
I had my sick dog here and the care was fantastic! Highly recommend. The wait was minimal and vet called the next day to check on my dog.
This weekend was a nightmare but would have been much worse without the staff here. We brought our Maine coon into our regular vet for an emergency and they transferred care here. Kamloops stayed here all weekend and I was able to call and check in on him frequently. Special mention must be made of Mike, though. He kept us comforted, laughing, and informed. The entire staff took such good care of my baby and I am so grateful.
