The staff was great during an extremely hard time for us. Our dog was diagnosed with Kidney failure and took a turn for the worst over the weekend. As our normal vet's office was closed they advised that if needed we could take him to Animal Emergency Center. They let the kids and I spend plenty of time with him to get our last goodbyes and give him plenty of loves. The staff was very nice and professional.
They did everything they could do to try and resuscitate my cat today after she was attacked by a dog. They were very compassionate and let me take up time in an exam room so I could say my goodbyes. Although the circumstances were heartbreaking, I was very pleased with the way they treated us. Thank you Dr. Plunk and Erica the receptionist for being so nice and professional.

My cat Lucky was newly diagnosed as diabetic. He seemed to do fine on his insulin, but I was still having to force feed as a supplement. He is my cat. Wherever I go, he goes. He ran under the bed and wasn't coming out so I pulled him out. He was extremely weak and lethargic. I gave him honey 3 different times to bring up the blood sugar, but it wasn't helping. These people are very professional and compassionate. They worked tirelessly for 3 days trying to save my little 9 1/2 week Weimaraner!! I personally met Dr. Plunk, and spoke with Dr. Littlejohn on the phone! They were both amazing, as were all the nurses and other employees at the Animal Emergency Clinic. I worked as RN in NICU for 21 years, so I know how stressful, and crazy critical care can be......but these wonderful people were never too busy to update me, or show that they cared!! I HIGHLY recommend them....THANKS ... read more
They saved the life of our little foster kitten, and Pumpkin not only survived, but is thriving now. We spent a lot of money on the little guy, but he is so worth it! We made him a permanent member of our family. I would trust this place with any of my cats or our dog.
