have workers who gave our pet the wrong meds while we boarded. our dog died 2 weeks. never received an apology and they acted like they never had our number. they also deleted our review on Google after they responded but never CALLED me, my husband, or nephew who are all on the account.
Awful Life Threatening Experience with my Schnauzer I work in retail management. I am not one to slander or even write reviews. If I can save someone from this experience it will be worth it. My 9 year old “Rascal” was taken in for surgery with Dr. Weatherly for kidney stones ( a cystomy) on April 7. After surgery he began to decline instead of heal. I really wanted to like this clinic, however, I had an incident yesterday that caused quite a panic. In a nutshell, the clinic refilled my cat’s medication incorrectly. Here’s what happened: I was giving him the wrong medication not knowing it was not his normal medication. He began to exhibit symptoms of shortness of breath/labored breathing, so of course I took him back to this clinic because I’m panicking. My Lab hurt his leg jumping out of the car when I took him to be boarded for the weekend. I asked the ladies to have him checked out and they said they would. I called the next day and they said he was fine, running around, and I was relieved. The next day I get a call from a friend who said that they had told her he needed immediate attention and surgery for a torn ACL! I had not heard from the vet. These people are very very rude they took my 150 dollars last week for my paw plan and cancelled it today because I asked the vet tech to please stop being rude to me. She was offended by my statement and said do you want you dog to get better you want her medicine....huh. I said back to her all I was doing was asking her to please stop being rude to me. We have boarded our two dogs here only a few times and after this most recent time, I will never bring them there again. My wife called on a Saturday an hour before closing to say she was on her way and may be five minutes late and asked if they would wait for her. She got there THREE minutes late to see the employee's car pulling out. Along with costing us another night's stay, it cost us the time to go out there twice. Was refused to purchase $60+ in heartworm preventative for my 3 babies bc of a $140.00 bill that is on my account due to an out of the blue emergency. I was also paying $20.00 on that balance. PISSED! I was told i had to pay the balance and then I could purchase my preventative medicine. I cant pay a bill with money I dont have, not to mention the same day before I came i called and wasnt told that information. When it comes to money.
