Dr Richards and staff are great highly recommend!
We've had our Madi girl for about a year, and being a first time dog mom I worry just as much as I do with my son. The staff is always so helpful and nice especially since she barks everyone's ears off (I am so sorry!) but they are so nice and understanding. She was also spayed and she looked so good afterwards. I was concerned about her healing but we brought her in and they checked her out without giving us crazy looks (since it was something small and normal) and just truly cared!
I wrote out a long experience on their page, and unfortunately forgot to copy it over. However, my fiancé and I had to take in our boy Walter due to vomiting and not eating. The short version of it is, the entire staff was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I can't describe how attentive and caring they were to our needs and emotion. We lost our beloved lab, Lucy, today. From our very first appointment Delta had shown a special love towards Lucy. Out of all of the technicians she made us fell welcomed and at home at animal hospital of Lubbock. We laid our sweet baby to rest today in our home and she was right there with us.

recently i had to say goodbye to my old pal of 18 years...without an appointment i walked into Animal Hospital of Lubbock and asked if they could "do it" for me... they were so polite and so professional.. and today i received a sympathy card form them signed by all the staff...so unexpected and so very much appreciated... thank you all....

We've dealt with Taylor for our first experience here and she has been amazing! She has been friendly and informative. We took our Siamese kitten in for neutering and everything has happened just like she said it would.
