We love Dr. Jansen! We are always able to get an appointment, even last minute and everyone is so nice!
So thankful to Dr Weaver and staff for taking us for a minor emergency. Even though it was right at closing time I was greeted with "come on in!" when I called in a panic. So thankful to have such a caring vet practice in our neighborhood!
It is very obvious how much everyone there cares about your family member. They even called to check and see how my sweet girl was doing the day after my appointment. Their hours are exceptional , and the doctors are the best.
This was our first experience with this vet. We live in Ellijay,Ga and my husband and brother in law had to rush our kitten Lucy to Woodstock because we thought she had swallowed something and it was caught in her windpipe. We took her to the only emergency vet on Highway 92 that we knew of and they would not even see her without $300 up front. If I could give Towne Lake Animal Hospital more than 5 stars I absolutely would! There are no words for the amount of care and compassion that Dr. Weaver and her entire staff give to each of their patients. Even though we lost my little buddy in the end, the staff did absolutely everything in their power to keep him going for as long as they could. They truly are angels and I couldn't recommend any veterinarian more!
All the staff here is unbelievable...Dr. Weaver is beyond great!!! They have taken wonderful care of my baby boy!! Thank y'all so much!!
