RecommendedI've done my girls grooming for almost 15 years now but today we took her to Animal house and Bobbie did her pampering (groom and haircut), needless to see she looks stunning and like a fresh new pup! Bobbie did exactly what I asked for, I wish I would have brought Keena in sooner while living in Jacksonville! Thank you so much Ms Bobbie, she's feeling like the princess that she is!!!

I have used this place for over 25 years. My dogs love “going to see their friends “ and playtime with the staff. When I go out of town, I know my puppies are in good hands, better than Allstate! I was in the service field for years and always had a problem with staffing. They must be doing something right to keep the staff they have had for years. Animal House has taken care of two of my fur babies. They are truly one of the best. The staff cares for my dog as if she were their own. Doggie Daycare has been a lifesaver for me with working long hours. I won’t ever take my pet anywhere else.

I love bringing my 15 year old Australian Terrier, Nikko, here for hydrotherapy. They always take good care of him and he is doing great! The staff are all so compassionate and friendly.

We love love love this place! I was so nervous leaving my Peyton the first time I even called to check in on her the first time she did boarding there. I can now leave without a worry in the world. They have an outstanding staff and front desk personnel. I could not be any happier with the service they provide to my baby Peyton! Thank you to all the staff! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love this place! Only place I trust to board our dogs when we are out of town. Great communication the whole stay. They always go above & beyond. We dropped our dog off this weekend and was called the next day because she had some blood in her urine. She ended up just having a uti but I was blown away with how helpful they were. They offered to take her to the vet for us and everything. We decided to end our trip early and come back and when we arrived they had a pee sample ready for us to take with us to the vet. Service is very good, but I noticed when I drop my dog today the staff wasn’t wearing mask I think is important to protect our dogs they are family to us. Thank you.
Sammy and Charlie give the groomers 5 stars of excellence! These folks are very caring and love their pets❤️🐶. All staff at this facility go above and beyond, very compassionate. We will be back!

Animal House was the very best place our dog had ever boarded at. They took such good care of her and she was always so happy to go. They always accommodated her many allergens and even made her her own pup ice cream since she was allergic to the normal kind. They loved on her so well.
