If I could rate this establishment as a 0 - I absolutely would. I was overcharged to TELL the vet what issues my dogs were having with absolutely no solution to the problems from the vet.

The dogs bark constantly all night long. There is one particular dog that is obviously in distress as it hasn’t stopped for 6 hours. It’s really concerning. Not to mention it is very very wrong to allow this when there are homes nearby with residents who deserve a peaceful existence.

Hi Amy, I think you might be trying to review a different hospital, possibly a doggy daycare. Our overnight boarders do not make a peep unless lights in the kennel are turned on, and lights are off at night. We also do not have any home that close to our hospital. The closest homes are at least 200 yards away. If you would like to discuss further, please give us a call and ask to speak with the manager. Just had a bad boarding experience here since the hours have been changed but not updated anywhere correctly. Staff was utterly unconcerned at how their error impacted animal and human both. Mistakes are a part of life but when a business' attitude is "oh well, too bad, we don't care" then that is when we choose someone else. The people we trust to care for our animals should have more concern than these people do
I am so angry with this office staff for being overcharged for services I didn't request. My cat had an appointment for grooming, only grooming. When he was checked in, i was told to be groomed his vaccines would need to be up to date. He is up to date, vaccines and rabies are up at the end of the month. The girl who checked asked and I told her he was up to date. She the told me that if I didn't want him to have blood work to sign a paper. Thought it was weird to sign fur grooming but she had just asked if he had to be seda... read more
