RecommendedI was thoroughly pleased after taking our little puppy, Ella Rose, for her first visit this past week. Everyone was super nice and really seemed to care about our little girl. Due to COVID, we waited in our car and the vet, Dr. Jones, called and spoke to me at length about Ella and her care. Loved Dr Jones and the staff. They never rushed our conversation and spoke with me about any concerns. RecommendedMy Pomeranian had knee surgery. This worried mom was very worried. No need. Techs were fantastic explaining at car. Dr called after surgery to update. Doing great.
RecommendedToday was my first time to the Animal Medical Center. My mini dachshund, Boomer, injured his back leg today, which sent me into a frenzy. I quickly called them and scheduled an appointment. I was a little skeptical about the curbside drop off, but every staff member I interacted with made the process easy and eased my animosity. RecommendedFirst trip to the vet as a dog owner, with Nala, and I was very satisfied with the entire process. Very helpful and friendly staff that thoroughly explains everything well. Had to drop her off and wait but thanks to the awesome staff I wasn’t worried at all. Nala came out happier than she went in..even after tons of shots. Thank you animal medical center!
