My Pomeranian had knee surgery. This worried mom was very worried. No need. Techs were fantastic explaining at car. Dr called after surgery to update. Doing great.
Today was my first time to the Animal Medical Center. My mini dachshund, Boomer, injured his back leg today, which sent me into a frenzy. I quickly called them and scheduled an appointment. I was a little skeptical about the curbside drop off, but every staff member I interacted with made the process easy and eased my animosity. After a few minutes Dr. Newsom called me and went over everything with Boomer. First trip to the vet as a dog owner, with Nala, and I was very satisfied with the entire process. Very helpful and friendly staff that thoroughly explains everything well. Had to drop her off and wait but thanks to the awesome staff I wasn’t worried at all. Nala came out happier than she went in..even after tons of shots. Thank you animal medical center!
