Dr Al is the best. He always takes his time to explain things. Never makes me Feel like he’s rushed And he’s so great with my dogs. He never makes me feel dumb for worrying about the small stuff. Best vet in the Tri-Cities Greeneville area. Dr Al Claiborne. Dogs love him. 🐩🐕🐈🐕🦺
Dr Al is so wonderful!! He is so caring and gentle with our fur baby. He made sure we understood everything that had to be done to her and it wasn’t a bad price for a 2 day stay. Thank you Dr Al for the fabulous care you show to our special babies!!!
Although I had not been to the practice in several years, I called on a Monday morning with a semi emergency and was graciously worked in. My cat ended up needing dental surgery and he is doing well. The procedure was explained in detail and I was provided with an estimate beforehand. They followed up with me over the weekend to check on his condition. I am very pleased with the way we were treated.
I took my little Smokey boy (cat) to see this place. First time for both of us and I was so relieved to see how they were with him when I took him out of his carrier. They were amazing. Made me feel comfortable leaving him. They were just absolutely great with him. They called to check on him the next morning after his procedure to make sure he was doing well. Explained everything to me as this was my first cat, also. It was just a very pleasant experience all around. I would recommend them 10/10.
I just want to give my highest ratings to this clinic. They saved my cats life this weekend after she was attacked by two large dogs. We were rejected by another clinic that was closer to our house, but AMCG was able to work us in immediately. Dr Mckennon was fantastic and worked diligently to get her stable. We’ve been their client for about 4 years now and all the vets there are extremely caring and knowledgeable.
