No one wants to see their pet ill or injured but, should it occur, this is truly the place you want to be. Professional, informed, kind and helpful....every single person we met was a gem. Even with shift changes, any time I called the person I spoke to knew who I was, who my pet was, the previous time I called and what the update was. Half the time they called me!
