They saved my dog's life. the were closed and still took us in. my dog had anaphylaxis shock from immunotherapy. the staff was quick to react and cared for him till 130am. I am forever grateful for the care and support my baby received. I am forever grateful to your staff and secty. petey's Little Rascal would not be here today if not for your staff.

I wish I did not live so far away from this place. I was referred for an emergency splenectomy. The kindest staff I have ever dealt with! The intern Doctor Streiff has a such a big heart and kept me informed every step of his procedure and post op follow up.

Great experience! Call ahead of time so they can create your account and pull any relevant records from your regular vet. I waited outside with my pet and was seen before my appointment time. The service was warm, friendly, prompt and everything was explained well to me. The staff were all great and not rushed and my dog is much better! I was impressed by all the specialist services they have and felt that no matter how complex my pet’s issue they would have seen it all and can comfortably handle it! We had the honor of having Dr Rita Ho in Norwalk Connecticut where she took care of our beloved Spencer. Dr Ho was honest, compassionate, professional and kind. She was accurate with Spencer’s diagnosis and prognosis. Months later, our beloved Bentley wasn’t feeling well so we went back to find out Dr Ho left. The receptionist Vivian was extremely helpful with processing my pet for treatment and the Doctor staff of Kari Rosen and Giavanna Gaymon treated my pet in a timely fashion with positive results.

Everyone I dealt with was kind and explained everything. Very patient with my questions. Most important- they managed a severe infection our cat developed and she is recovering! She was there 2 days and was able to go home on thanksgiving- there was a wait for her to be discharged but it was a holiday! It was expensive but one must keep in mind the cost of running a veterinary HOSPITAL 24/7! I was able to call at 2 in the morning to check on our cat Tori. The Vet techs were all wonderful. I want to thanks to the Dr. Benjamin Donati for taking care of my pet Loli, the Dr. was very professional when he came to talk to us and took the time to explain what happened to Loli and what treatment he would give her, in many places the doctors send to the nurse or someone in charge, the expense was fair. We cannot complain about the expenses when we decide to have a pet because it is like raising a baby there are always expenses, for me the important thing is my loli is very good now.
