RecommendedFirst time going here and was it was amazing. The doctor and the staff were amazing with my hurt pup and with me which I was a mess and crying cause my baby was hurt. They are passionate in what they do. They kept me updated to on my pup and had me spend some time with him before his surgery. Definitely recommend this place. If I could give them 10 ⭐️ I will. Thanks to this team my pup is doing better.

From the first phone call I made (in a panic!)to the Techs and Veterinarian when we arrived. Everyone was kind, understanding and professional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this facility for pet emergencies.

The vet that examed my pup was very knowledgeable and I asked if there was an alternative to treatment and she responded with me in mind. That was Sunday, November 5th. My pup is somewhat back to himself!!! I will keep administering his med's until he's 100%! THANK YOU TO HIS VET AND PERSONNEL!

We took our teacup Yorkie to see Dr. Sarah Gutierrez this past week and Dr. Gutierrez is the most caring, intelligent vet we have encountered. Dr. Gutierrez listened, had great bed-side manners, and gave a clear diagnosis with options. Such a gift for pet owners to have someone so honest and caring in this profession. The emergency waitlist app is terrific, and they meant it when they said they’d be ready for my pet and me. A person was at the emergency door when we stepped out of the car, and they took my pet in as I was doing the paperwork. The place is immaculate. Dr. Sergio was very kind and very clear about our options, and incredibly supportive of my choices. I hope I won’t need to be back there for an emergency, but this is the place to go if you are worried and your pet is sick. The 24/7 hours are a Godsend.
