Dr. Knox was concerned about being able to save my tooth that attitude alone told me she cares about the health of her patients. The root canal was finished quickly with very little discomfort. I am super happy about the care and treatment I have received at Aspen Dental in Lufkin TX
Dr. Knox and her staff are amazing. They were kind,funny and proffessional.I had a broken tooth and they were able too get me in quickly as a new patient.After my xrays and a brief exam they were able to extract the tooth and graft it for a future implant the same day. I will be going back. And my family will go here as well. Too those complaining your most likely the problem.
I'm an older hockey player from Conn. While visiting my son in Pearland I developed an abscess on the #3 tooth. Being a hockey player I've had some teeth knocked out and did not have good success with any of them. So I've pretty much stayed away from dentists. I went to Dr. Knox for help. I was so impressed with her kindness and caring, you really have a treasure with her. She is the best dentist that has ever worked on me. I can't say enough about her ability as a dentist and her people skills.
I love Dr. Knox and her entire team. Made my son and me feel so comfortable - he fell asleep during the procedure!
Went in for a first time cleaning with them. I religiously have my teeth cleaned and not had a cavity in probably 19 years so nothing wrong with my mouth. Was left in the waiting room for 45 minutes. They took a bazillion xrays. Hygienist said they wanna do a treatment plan. I just need a cleaning lady. They would not do a cleaning on me unless I came back for TWO more visits and paid 400 bucks even though I have dental insurance. Said I had bacteria and periodontal disease. It's a mouth. She’s very rude and did not want to assist me because of unknown reasons.
Had an appointment at 8am an it’s 9:21 and I’m waiting to talk to the dentist now since they’re trying to scam and additional $200 dollars in irrigation that every dentist office does, yet, I’ve never been charged for. I spoke to my insurance prior to coming here and know what I can be charged for for a deep cleaning, however this dentist is claiming that they MUST do an irrigation (it’s not a must or a law).
