I’m an incredibly large fan of Anita’s. The last few times I have ordered here my food has taken well over an hour and arrives barely warm. I understand that due to our current circumstances there may be labor shortages but none the less still frustrating.
So disappointed with this delivery from Anitas Kitchen as we normally LOVE it! The yogurt sauce was definitely spoiled and the soup was just super thin and runny with zero flavor.
Good food. Rarely gets the order correct
I love Anita's- they rarely get it wrong. However, this time, I did curbside, and they made several mistakes: They forgot my juice- I realized before I drove away and called back for it. But, when I got home, I found that they did not give me the side of garlic that I had paid for and my shawarma bowl wasn't there, but instead there was a completely different kabob meal. I was very hungry and didn't want to drive all the way back to have it corrected, so I called and requested a credit for the meal.
The food was fine but cold. I recieved my order 45 min late. I woulg not recommend grub hub. This is not my first problem.
Did not follow directions of omitting tomatoes on food.
Great food just forgot an item otherwise awesome.
Charged for extra pickles and did not get them
Shawarma was missing garlic, which is a main ingredient on a shawarma so not sure how that was missed. Also noticed driver took a very long way to get to my house - I live only a few blocks from restaurant (3-4 min) and it took him about 20 minutes to finally drop my food off after going down and across Woodward before finally coming back up this way.., which resulted in soggy food. Not too happy with Grubhub or the restaurant.
