surgery was great...follow up was terrible.... my one appointment was rescheduled 4 times. when they called to reschedule again I told them to just forget it. My time is valuable too

Dr. Ott Young is a gifted, innovative surgeon who respects the patient’s desires. The most difficult part of breast cancer is the emotionally fraught idea of losing part of your body even if it means beating cancer. Dr. Ott Young worked with me extensively to determine what was best for my individual needs. I will forever be in her debt.
Dr Ott is the kindest and most compassionate doctor. She makes you feel at ease. After a cancer diagnosis, and finding out I needed a mastectomy, I was very scared. She spoke in such calm reassuring manner, I knew I was in good hands. She is so easy to talk to and helps put your fears aside. She is a very skilled, superb surgeon. I no longer feel self conscious about having had my breasts removed. My scars are minimal too. I trust no other doctor like I trust her.
Dr. Ott-Young is the most caring and empathetic doctor I have ever gone to, and that says a a lot because I first was diagnosed with breast cancer 15 years ago. I did not care for my first plastic surgeon (both quality of work and empathy), so I switched to her about 8 years ago when my implant ruptured. She is a talented doctor. She has now done 4 surgeries on me (mostly to clean up the mess from the first surgeon). I give her my highest recommendation.
After deciding on reconstructive surgery when diagnosed with breast cancer, I couldn't have been in better hands than Dr. Ott. Her professionalism, expertise and just the calm and her reassuring words made my decision very easy.
