Being on the other side of the aisle from this company seems to be an entirely different experience than what others have had. If ethics aren't important to you, then go with this realty company. I'm sure they fetch top dollar for selling houses, but that's because they will keep a buyer on the hook trying to get a better deal. They demanded that we give them a response about keeping our offer in, and only gave us an hour over lunch to respond (we were the backup offer and their original deal fell through). Yesterday, Mr. Hoke decided to interject his negative opinion of one of his previous agents (Corey Hastings) to one of my customers in line at The Home Depot (who is looking for a house). No one asked his opinion, he wasn't a part of the conversation at all. He should have just offered his services, and left his thoughts and opinions to himself. It was unprofessional and uncalled for.
