Beth Arnett was instrumental in helping us to purchase a new home in Tennessee. She knows the market and the area. Beth recommended a title company, a mortgage company and a home inspector. When there was a need for some serious negotiation with the seller, Beth new the right approach to help the process to completion. She participated in the "blue tape" walk-through and spotted issues we would have missed. Beth is great when the road is smooth and fantastic when there is a "bump in the road".
