Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, direct and efficient. They made me comfortable with the entire process. Also their text messages keep you informed/reminded of your upcoming appointment
Very professional as well as courteous with all I have dealt with... Dr. Lisa Anderson is very thorough and great in her field... I have never had any negative issues with them... They saved my life in 2012 when they found a stage 3 melanoma on my back that you could barely see and Lisa Renfro performed the surgery to remove it... I will never switch providers...

Great office and wonderful staff! I went in for an annual skin cancer screening and Katie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I met with Jennifer and instantly felt comfortable. She was so thorough, kind, professional, answered all my questions, and taught me things about my skin. Wonderful experience! I will definitely be back and will recommend to others!
My wife and I like Dr. Lisa Anderson. She is very thorough. The problem is making an appointment and having the practice keep it. More than once, we have received a notice that our original appointment has been rescheduled. They were rescheduled wthout ever asking us if we were available. We would call to get a different date and they were already filled up for months in advance. How they justify this when the exam is supposed to be yearly is beyond me.
