I’ve seen PA Steele twice and both times she was standoffish and disinterested in engaging in conversations about my health. She said I caught her off-guard by wanting to discuss my concerns, not just take her answer without question. To be clear, I’m not asking for more than 1-2 minutes of her time. It is never a good look for a provider to decide on a course of action before entering the room based on the MA’s brief patient survey.
If I could give her negative starts, I would. I went in to see her with a rash on my legs a few weeks back. She diagnosed me with Granuloma Annulare without any biopsy as I told her I took over the counter fungal ointment and didn't work as it was a ring shaped rash. She kept giving me steroids (oral, ointment and injections). I kept asking her to do a biopsy as my condition was not getting better and she told me she is certain that it is GA and we do not need a biopsy. 2 visits lasted less than 5 minutes combined. She recommend a 4th antibiotic without even exploring the issue. Never even put on gloves or got close enough to see the lesion.

i went and saw this PA and she rush the visit and didnt wait for my back to be numb before she did the bx and when i told her it hurt she just kept taking the spot off. I now have a rasied scar on my back from her wouldnt definitely not recommended her unless you like pain and rush appointments
