Little late review but about two weeks ago our French bulldog Myles got into a bag of dog food which he would never normally do but he has been on prednisone because he was diagnosed with IBD. So we brought him in about midnight and we were seen very quickly we thought he was suffering from bloat, We just wanted to make sure he was OK so they did a few x-rays and he seemed to be fine so they sent us on our way. We had our baby Peanut Butter there all weekend, he was straining to urinate so we called and they got him in right away. Through the whole weekend the staff was so incredible when it came to letting us know how he was doing! They where patient with our many phone calls to check in and eased our worries about the care he was being provided. We love our dog so much so not having him home with us was really stressful but talking with the staff several times each day was such a relief! We came in on Sunday at about 10 AM because my dog was not feeling well. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and kind. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge them because I know it must be the most stressful of positions, and apparently Saturday night was extremely busy at your practice as there was an estimated 10-14 hour wait when we arrived. Well done, ladies!

My dog hopped a baby gate and ate 4 ounces of 60% dark chocolate at 9:45 pm. After calling around to a few emergency hospitals, AAVEC was the first one who said they would be able to induce vomiting quickly. They took him back within minutes of arrival and updated us shortly thereafter to let us know he threw it up and they were starting charcoal. At midnight on Friday,11/25, our cat had an emergency. After calling 9 Vet ERs, they were the only ones who could take us. We are so grateful for the care they provided and the peace of mind they gave us! Kitty is doing much better thanks to the wonderful staff. We drove 45 minutes to get there but the level of service was well worth it. Thank you SO VERY MUCH!
