We were lucky enough to have a good outcome when we brought our little OE Bulldog in for care on Friday. She stayed over the weekend and emerged no worse for wear and doing much better than when she went in. My wife and I were very appreciative of the communication that we received from the staff. Very professional and caring. I am new to the area and felt very comfortable with the care my pet received and leaving him there while being evaluated. Communication was clear and timely. I also appreciated the diagnosis with an x-ray and do not proceed to an MRI to avoid unnecessary strain on my pet and cost. Thanks and my pup is on the mend!

We did not get good news but we got the best possible care and attention. Our dogs are our family. Each and every staff member we dealt with was so sweet, so loving and so compassionate (as I was practically in a puddle on the floor). Everyone took time to explain what to do to keep our boy comfortable until… With medication, he is almost back to acting like his old self. First time coming here. My cat was pretty old and sick. I called for a after-hours visit and they were able to get her in within the hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Acosta was very understanding, respectful and super knowledgeable. Especially since I turned into a blubbering man baby. Her diagnosis was spot on and my kitty quickly recovered. It was a hard day for me and I'm glad these folks were here to help me and Georgia through it.

Quick visit, the staff is caring and kind. Got triaged immediately. They don't try to overcharge you or do unnecessary treatments. To me it seems like they do their best to only do what is medically necessary to keep the cost as low as possible for the client. Any pet ER isn't a place you want to be but if it's needed, this place was fantastic. The vets are nice to talk to and explain everything well. My crazy dog seemed like she had fun when everything was said and done.
