Kind, caring, professional doctor. I think I am getting the very best of care. The staff is also some of the best!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Brinkman for a couple of years. She is wonderful and caring. I would consider myself a health procrastinator , I know what I need to do but not a fan of going to the doctor. Dr. Brinkman and her staff has never made me feel they were judging me but their positive kind attitude has made it easier to follow through and helped me to keep my healthcare care a priority.
Very thorough; listens to my concerns and is responsive. My previous doctor quit practicing and I was concerned about finding a good replacement but Dr. Brinkman exceeded all my expectations.
LOVE HER!!! BEST PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Knowledgeable, caring, friendly, spends time with me until I have my list of issues/concerns answered--I trust her completely with my health. Hope to never have another doctor! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
The appointment scheduler for Dr. BRINKMAN IS EXTREMELY RUDE, UNCARING AND INCOMPETENT. I CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT after waiting 2 months for an app as a new patient.
After a couple of visits, I could clearly see this doctor was NOT for me (rude comments)!!! Her assistant has a bulldog attitude and has poor follow-up.
Recently changed my primary physician and i am soo disappointed. I got turned away the firsr time bc i forgot my picture id. That was the only thing i was missing. The second time my appointment was at 10am and we checked in at 10:00 on the dot. The recptionest sent me away because "they needed a half an hour to enter my info into the computer" (remind you they sent me home with paperwork to fill out the first time they sent me away, so everything on my half was completed).
She is horrible. Awful bedside manner and in my opinion the worst doctor I have ever been to. Just a very nasty person.
