This was the first time working with the Porter team. Our situation was that we saw the property on a Sunday, made offer same day, then had to leave for a two week cruise, and closing was set for following week. During this whole process, Annie and team were quick to respond, gave us specific instructions, and we were able to closes on time and within three weeks. Outstanding service. We'll use them again!

Both Annie and Tim were absolutely fantastic to work with. They made the potentially nerve racking process of acquiring a loan smooth and painless. They were always available to answer any questions that I may have had about ANYTHING regarding the home buying process. In fact I’m sure a time will come when I’ll need there help again and I know they’ll be there to help in any way they can. What sums it up is that it felt like I was dealing with friends helping me with a home purchase rather than a big Morgage lender.

From beginning to end Annie has had my back and has gotten me where I need to be to get approved for my home . It was very challenging as a first time homebuyer but Annie got me through it.
