I've cancelled and told them to stop taking payments until we figure out what calls racked up 40 min. in a single day I haven't heard from them but they are still taking money out of my account

Buyer Beware: I have been a loyal customer for many years, but my recent audit of after-hours incoming calls has uncovered concerning practices by this company. They have consistently placed my customers on hold for up to 10 minutes and have habitually added extra minutes to every call. These issues have led to increased costs and poor service experiences for my customers. I am in the process of reporting these practices to the Better Business Bureau. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
