Dr Balistreri came highly recommended and he lived up to the recommendation. He listened carefully, took notes, provided an explanation in terms I could understand & took time to answer all my questions. He is professional & thorough. The office staff also made my visit a nice experience. They were efficient, courteous and followed up promptly with all my questions.
Office staff were very helpful and friendly. After my first visit, I knew why Dr. Balistreri was highly recommended. He took the time to hear my concerns and then discussed what steps to take.
This is not my first time going to a GI Dr. This is, however, the first time one spent time to truly listen to what my concerns were, spend time asking questions, and then teaching me about what was happening. Staff are professional, courteous, respectful, and friendly. Been seeing Dr. Balistreri for years and love him! He's an excellent physician and gastroenterologist, very knowledgeable, thoroug, and professional, with a positive attitude.
Dr Balistreri is a very skilled and compassionate doctor who has found answers for me when others could not. The office staff are professional and very friendly and helpful, and I never have any kind of issues when I am there.

I am in superb hands with Dr. Ballisteri because of his attention to detail.
