No communication. Got to closing and you did not explain the docs being emailed to client to sign before signing at table. Their realtor should have been informed. His clients were an older couple. Sharon

He was not transparent about the status of my loan. We had to call the branch manager to get the whole story and status. The manager told us Anthony went against what he was advised for a CTC date. Anthony kept stringing us along and would change the closing date on a day to day basis. He made promises he couldn’t keep. I honestly think he lied to me to change from conventional to fha.
