We recently had our pool redone. Project manager Tyler Mayer was excellent in communicating with us throughout the reconstruction. He returned calls promptly and followed up immediately to address any issues we had. Each crew did an excellent job.
I would not risk your hard earned money. You're rolling the dice on what subcontractor team they send to your house. I wish my terra cotta coping came out like some of the other review pictures. Mine looks like Stevie Wonder installed it. I did a full reno almost 3 years ago. They did a hack job and I have been fighting with them ever since to get someone out here to fix it. My first review of my 30 year old pool renovation was for renovation phase , which was great ! I dealt with Sheryl k. We are so excited our pool is ready to use. It looks great and will become the focus outdoor family fun. Our project became complicated because we needed to work with several local contractors in addition to Anthony Sylvan. Matt Hill our project manager did an incredible job of getting the Anthony Sylvan teams in as expediently as possible. He was always available to handle questions and concerns
