Update Spring 2025: Now on year 4 and still fighting with the warranty department to get a contractor out to replace all the copping. Just emails, nobody has phone number to call directly. If this is not resolve by this season I will probably seek legal action for restitution. I would not risk your hard earned money. To anyone considering working with Anthony & Sylvan or currently under contract: RUN. Cancel, pay the penalty if you must—it’ll save you endless frustration and wasted time. I wish I had. Absolutely terrible experience. After the pool plaster was completed, our heater was diagnosed with issues—and it’s been over a month with no resolution. My first review of my 30 year old pool renovation was for renovation phase , which was great ! I dealt with Sheryl k. I had a concrete pool renovation - new tile, coping and plaster. Tyler Mayer, the Project Manager did a great job with my project. I could not be happier with the results. The shining star for Anthony & Sylvan was their scheduler, Jill Spotts. She was was great! Their prices were right in line with smaller contracts because I had the work done in the fall.
