Buyer beware. My Anthony & Sylvan pool is literally falling apart after just 4 seasons. I spent a fortune expecting a quality pool that would last, but what I got was a crumbling mess. The tile and top wall around the entire perimeter are disintegrating into the water. You can see the mesh and cement underneath — it's disgraceful. Water leaks through the wall, and the structural integrity is clearly failing. The worst part? I purchased a product with a lifetime warranty! We recently had our pool redone. Project manager Tyler Mayer was excellent in communicating with us throughout the reconstruction. He returned calls promptly and followed up immediately to address any issues we had. Each crew did an excellent job.

My first review of my 30 year old pool renovation was for renovation phase , which was great ! I dealt with Sheryl k. And all went well so my review was “job well done “ ,,,,,this is part 2 , problems arose with the plaster , 6 weeks after renovation I brought up issues with project manager Carl neff , he advised me to keep brushing pool , would reevaluate in September before closing for season , I reached out to Anthony sylvan in September, was informed that Carl had passed away , and he recommended an acid wash of pool , a... read more

We are so excited our pool is ready to use. It looks great and will become the focus outdoor family fun. Our project became complicated because we needed to work with several local contractors in addition to Anthony Sylvan. Matt Hill our project manager did an incredible job of getting the Anthony Sylvan teams in as expediently as possible. He was always available to handle questions and concerns

I had a concrete pool renovation - new tile, coping and plaster. Tyler Mayer, the Project Manager did a great job with my project. I could not be happier with the results. The shining star for Anthony & Sylvan was their scheduler, Jill Spotts. She was was great! Their prices were right in line with smaller contracts because I had the work done in the fall.
