They did great work, had great communication, and I happy with the project.
Was a little pricey, but good quality pool, guess we shall see at time goes by.
Design phase was great. The build took much longer than planned and it took a really long time to get the pool up and running fully functional. Also pool school didn’t finish their lesson and has never been back in touch as he said he would.
Entire team was great! Ray was very detailed thru the entire process and schedulers were awesome as well.
It's was a long process due to the Pandemic, well worth the wait.

Everything went smooth. The only problem we had was with Lori. She returned calls 3 days later and said the same things. It took a long time for her to return our calls. John who did the drawing did a great job. The project manager Joey did a great job also. I was satisfied other than Lori not returning our calls. There was a misunderstanding about tiles but Michelle fixed the issue. Lori needs to return emails and phone calls. It doesn't take but 2-3 minutes to reply to an email and return calls.
