From friends and acquaintances the largest complaint about pool companies is the communication. I can say that I had excellent communication throughout. Everything didn't happen as planned and that can be expected when dealing with independent contractors. Even if contractor didn't make it the day they said, I still had excellent communication from the A&S team.

My experience was very smooth and they were able to deliver ahead of schedule.
They stayed with the timeline we agreed to. They didn't deviate from it. The pool was finished exactly on time.
Our project manager was amazing throughout the process.

Very happy with the outcome. My pool manager Omar Ortega was exceptional, however my scheduler Belinda was not as good at her job and my PM had to step in quite often to do hers.
Easy to work with. Few delays but nothing extraordinary. Very happy we went with A&S
