This has not been a good experience. Has taken nine months plagued with problems from the beginning. And at nine months while the pool is complete and it is nice in ways. There are still issues especially with the spa that still doesn’t work properly. They have still been trying to solve the issues though. So I give them a A for effort.

They did a good job. They were very nice, professional, and cleaned up well.

Joey Perez, the project manager, was fantastic; he was always responsive and helpful. The designer was fantastic. I had issues with the scheduler because he would not return my calls. The customer service was mediocre. I would recommend them and have already recommended them to a friend who is about to build a pool.
