We had the pleasure of working with the Anthony & Sylvan Ashland group to design and install our pool. We had a steep slope & easements to work around and they delivered a very pleasing design (thank you Fuller R.) that accentuates the beauty of our backyard now. We love our new pool from Anthony and Sylvan! Tom made it happen quickly with the design and shovels were in the ground shortly thereafter. Vicky and Chloe kept everyone in line and provided top notch communication all along the way. They promised we would be swimming by Memorial Day and we absolutely were. No problem recommending this team for many more projects!
As I have stated in past posts in regards to Anthony & Sylvan pools, there is no arguing that they can build a beautiful pool. The end result can be breathtaking! However, as in the case of our beautiful custom pool, the bumpy road to get there wasn’t our main concern, rather the failure to fix or even timely address post-build issues which more than frustrating. We would like to give a huge shoutout to Vicky B for her support and guidance with an issue that we had with our pool. After we noticed a crack in our pool she was here to investigate and offer assistance. We did not want to lose any time this summer and she was able to help facilitate a partial fix to get us through the summer. Anthony & Sylvan Ashland provided excellent communication and quality materials and construction in a highly professional manner during work on our pool in summer 2023.
