They installed a 35 foot long, 17 foot wide, 9 foot deep in ground pool. The salesman/pool designer, Bryan, deserves the true accolades. He was the best salesman I have dealt with. He was not pushy and gave me a quality product. I would not have used them if not for Bryan.
They build the entire pool spa from the ground up. They completed the work around March 15 They were very efficient. I was really impressed with how timely they got the work done. This is the 2nd pool We've installed in my lifetime and this one is superb. When they say this is a life time pool, they mean it's a lifetime pool. It by far is a superior pool. I had a service issue with my pool equipment. I had a service issue with my pool equipment and Justin came out and took care of it, explained what happened and how to make sure it didn't happen again! He was responsive and timely. Since everything he needed access to was outside he was able to come when I wasn't even home, keeping me from having to disrupt my work schedule. I was thrilled!!
Installed in-ground pool. Everything went perfectly. They did quality work, they showed up when they said they would. Everything went to schedule and I was kept well informed throughout the installation.
Installed in ground pool. Everything from start to finish was 5 star. From the sales person to the construction crew to the orientation gentleman, and the project manager were great to work with. They were just very accommodating to my schedule. It was a new home for us and we were not down there that often. The constant communication and even held up the end of the project so I could be there after my vacation.
They did a hot spa, pool, surrounding patio area (1000 sq ft of travertine) and a waterfall. I thought they were fantastic. They were timely, very responsive to any issues we pick up on. What's more important is the responsive once the job was done as when they were doing the job. I had small issues and they were there in a matter of 24 hrs and followed-up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
