It was 2014 when we initially started thinking about having a pool. We got a couple of quotes but Anthony & Sylvan consistently followed up with us through that time period. I was searching for a couple of months for different pool companies and met with five different ones. I was not really impressed with any of them. A lot of them didn't even call me back. I found Anthony & Sylvan on the internet. I called them and they were extremely responsive. They came up and met with us. My husband and I felt very comfortable with the salesperson. Anthony & Sylvan was from Pennsylvania where I was from and their office was right down the road from where I lived, so I remembered that they were a very outstanding pool company. I went online and found out that they were out in Charlotte. We now have an Anthony & Sylvan free-form pool with a waterfall. It looks like two hearts sticking together. We got a free form pool with a spa from Anthony & Sylvan and customized some of the features during the design process. Their manager and scheduler were both very responsive. The scheduler would get back to me within a day. Whenever I had questions that were not in her wheelhouse, she would immediately refer me to whoever could answer those questions. Gunite pool installation about 34'x16'. I was set on a fiberglass pool due to low maintenance but the cost of the gunite was the same price. Pool excavation started first week of April and we had water by May 27. We have pool school June 6 and our water pot water feature is still waiting completion. The excavator did break off the corner of our concrete drive. Ray said that they would repair it so we are waiting on that. All crews were very nice, neat and clean. They installed a 500sqft pool along with spa and fire pit. This was the first pool I’d ever purchased, so I was more then a little nervous about the project. We spoke to many different pool companies and everyone was within a few thousand dollars, so price wasn't a substantial factor. Anthony & Sylvan Pools installed an in-ground 600 square feet granite pool for us. My favorite features of the pool include the sundeck, the Pebble Tec, and the waterfall. The project manager and scheduling team always kept me informed, and the people showed up when they were supposed to and got everything done in a timely manner.
I grew up in Pennsylvania so I've heard of Anthony & Sylvan, and our landscaper recommended them. Our pool is easy to take care of and it looks great. We love it so far. Patty the scheduler was always available and the project manager would answer me back quickly whenever I texted. It's pretty pain-free. I enjoy being able to walk out the basement door and then jump in the pool. I don't have to go anywhere.
The little shallow sundeck part of our Anthony & Sylvan pool is a favorite of mine. Moreover, everything was fine with our experience and I would recommend them.
