It goes fairly well. I buy pool supplies and parts.
Great job in all respects. Service was completed in a timely manner. The service men were helpful and knowledgeable about the products and chemicals provided.
A&S service and showroom staff are AWESOME. We've had nothing but great experiences with them. Vince has been opening and closing our pool for over a decade and without exeption has been professional, respectful and careful with our property, pool and equipment. I would highly reccomend the Lancaster Pa team to anyone!!
VICENT CAME TO REPLACED A PART FOR OUR POOL HEATER THAT WAS ON BACK ORDER FROM A PREVIOUS SERVICE CALL. HE REPLACED AN O'RING ON A UNIT THAT WAS LEAKING. HE MEASURED OUR POOL AND SPA FOR A NEW COVER FOR EACH. HE TOOK THE OLD COVERS WITH HIM TO SENT THEM BACK TO THE MANUFACTURE TO VERIFY THE DIMENSIONS WE HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A WATER LEAK WITHIN THE POOL AND SPA AREA AND ARE TRYING TO DETERMINE THE LOCATION AND HE VERIFIED WE WERE DOING THE CORRECT STEPS IN TRYING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. Our pool was built by Anthony & Sylvan. We have also used them for pool supplies. The pool was just opened for the season by their service team. Keith did a great job.
