I heard about Anthony & Sylvan through some friends and chose them for our pool because of their warranty. Our pool is free-form with a waterfall and a hot tub for 12. That's really cool because it's set up on a hill overlooking our ranch and the hot tub is overlooking the farm. The waterfall is my favorite thing. We're out here in the country so it's got all the big rocks and boulders, and they used the flagstone a lot. A friend had a pool installed by Anthony & Sylvan and referred us to them. We also looked at several companies but they offered the best warranty and seemed to be the best customer service. Any problem that came up during the installation, they resolved or compensated us for any mistakes. Even after our two problems, they've resolved quite quickly. Anthony & Sylvan has been great, and we've been very pleased. We have a place where our kids can swim and not have to go to the subdivision pool.
We ended up choosing Anthony & Sylvan because Jay, our sales rep, was very personal. Even when we didn't make a decision and added more questions, he always took time to explain everything and he didn't rush selling the pool to us. Anthony & Sylvan did for us a fresh water pool with no spa. It got some curves to it, a deep and shallow end, and it's got a diving board. It was finished sometime in October and we really haven't had the chance to use it yet because the weather hasn't been right. Anthony & Sylvan worked hard with us to get our chlorine and ozone, free-form pool in our very narrow backyard. It was finished in November. It's a nice place to relax outside and the kids get some exercise. They spend more time in it than I do. Steve, the project manager, was good and always on top of it. They finished right when they said they would be done. They had people out here everyday except when it rained and got done on time. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law had a pool put in by Anthony & Sylvan two years previously from mine and I heard good things. I didn't one want a pool for a long time because I've taught swimming and I was in the sun all the time. Then I decided I wanted one as I'm enjoying it again. The scheduling team from Anthony & Sylvan answered all of my questions, which was a lot since it's the first pool we ever got. I had concerns and they promptly responded back and helped me a lot. We have a freeform pool and spa. It also has a leaping water feature. I like how much the pool relieves my stress from work everyday, as well as watching my family enjoy it. I've recommended them to others.
I investigated a few pool builders and chose Anthony & Sylvan. I got their geometric pool with spa, and it definitely has good sparkle. The project manager came to me a few times when we had issues and was always close by to resolve them. We were very happy with the service provided. I really like the lighting show for the kids, and enjoy cooling down in this hot Texas summer.
We had some delays because of weather but all the workers that we had come here were really courteous. One of them didn't follow the instruction that he had received which involved a gas line for the hot tub. But the project manager, David, came over here and helped to get the thing in place.
