It was excellent. I was happy with everything and they followed up and gave me a credit for being a customer with them. I have used them for years. They stand by their work I am completely satisfied and they matched prices for different items that I needed. They did renovations on my pool. Coping and tile renovation.

Angelo completed a big project putting in the iAqua and pool command board just recently. He was not only effective, but professional and courteous. He always goes the extra mile for us in making sure we understand how to use the computerized product. He even followed up with me this morning to make sure that I understood when a complication arose. Thanks Angelo and thanks Anthony & Sylvan!

Purchased pool in 2006 and Anthony Sylvan did an outstanding job in planning, job construction and design on our pool. The site manager was terrific and the job was completed on time. Anthony Sylvan has opened and closed our pool every year since installed . They have an excellent crew from client service, making appointments to on site work. They are professional and we have had the same staff member, Ben involved in the opening and closing. He knows his job!

A&S service and showroom staff are AWESOME. We've had nothing but great experiences with them. Vince has been opening and closing our pool for over a decade and without exeption has been professional, respectful and careful with our property, pool and equipment. I would highly reccomend the Lancaster Pa team to anyone!!

VICENT CAME TO REPLACED A PART FOR OUR POOL HEATER THAT WAS ON BACK ORDER FROM A PREVIOUS SERVICE CALL. HE REPLACED AN O'RING ON A UNIT THAT WAS LEAKING. HE MEASURED OUR POOL AND SPA FOR A NEW COVER FOR EACH. HE TOOK THE OLD COVERS WITH HIM TO SENT THEM BACK TO THE MANUFACTURE TO VERIFY THE DIMENSIONS WE HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A WATER LEAK WITHIN THE POOL AND SPA AREA AND ARE TRYING TO DETERMINE THE LOCATION AND HE VERIFIED WE WERE DOING THE CORRECT STEPS IN TRYING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. The Anthony & Sylvan Service team out of the Glen Mills office has been wonderful this season. Our pool was completed in July of 2012. Although we have just required routine start-up instruction and maintenance, the crews that have been here to assist us and answer our questions have been extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
