Was seen promptly, Dr. Timko was personable, thorough, and answered my questions.
Always nervous about Dr. visits. Dr. Timko and Tanya put one at ease very quickly. Dr. Timko explains what he is going to do so you have some idea of what to expect. I have had more than one experience here and I give them gold stars. Dr Timko is an excellent surgeon and left me without a noticeable scar. I have been there and left with above expectations!

Excellent experience. Removed a basal cell from my nose. Got everything the first time and so did not have to go thru several attempts. I will use him again.
Visit was on time. He spent time and listened to my concern.
Dr. Timko is a self centered and very arrogant. I met Dr. Timko briefly then when I had an appointment with him he tried to impress me with is vast amount of knowledge of my illness which I know he does not have and I was the first case he had ever seen. Dr. Timko would not listen to me as the patient and just wanted to argue about the drugs I am taking and what they looked like. I finally just agreed with what ever he said to get away from him.
My skin check was very brief. I thought afterwards that he had not checked my scalp although I have fine, thin hair and live at high altitude. I also have family history of melanoma. When I got home, I searched on Google to find out what a skin check should entail, and he was not nearly as thorough as he should have been. I did not realize how lacking the exam was until I did the research. Now I feel that my time and money were wasted and I worry that he missed some things that may be concerning
I found Dr. Timko to be uncaring, cold, and single minded. I wanted some small growths removed from my face and ended up with an unnecessary biopsy on my arm for an insignificant 'freckle' - but he could charge more for that. He also misdiagnosed some actinic keratosis on my face as rosacea! I went to another dermatologist and had my small growths removed with simple, quick freezing, and my actinic keratoise treated properly and now they're gone. I never had rosacea! Go somewhere else!
