The service was good despite the restaurant being very busy. Water and bread refills were slow coming as well as the check. I ordered an Absolute Citron lemon drop, and the first sip did not taste like Citron nor any lemon-infused vodka or freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the sugar didn’t cover the glass rim. When I told the server that the drink didn't taste like a lemon drop she admitted that they didn't have Citron so used non-flavored vodka. Anthony's is one of our favorites. We had the early dinner special and generally enjoyed it. Our waiter was not up to the usual experience we have had at Anthony's but the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant but seemed more noisy in the kitchen than we recall. We will go back.
It was really good food with great service. I had the grilled silver salmon.
Our reservation seating was very prompt. Our server was attentive, helpful, and left us alone as we lingered over our coffee. The view is just spectacular, parking is exceptionally easy during the lunch hour. It is conveniently located with access to the freeway nearby or to downtown in spite of some road construction. The Cobb Salad is one of the best I’ve ever had and is my go to order. The dressing is light and refreshing and is an exceptional salad.
The wait staff was very helpful and efficient. I was helped with a choice between two entrees and the selection was great.
We eat at that Anthony’s frequently and find the food consistently good, service timely and ambience excellent, with a view of Gig Harbor’s harbor.
My husband Birthday dinner , was very nice , we love Anthony’s, Gig Harbor, food is always good, especially close to our house, that’s good thing too.
Even though they were short on staff, we were well taken care of … dinner was excellent
