We were pleasantly surprised with a portion sizes time in the past. It seems like the portion sizes of gone down, but the food was good in the portions were nice.

Anthony’s is an excellent spot for either lunch or dinner, boasting a stunning view from the dining area and cozy bar, providing an ideal setting to appreciate the unique nuances and eclectic charm of Gig Harbor. The halibut was exceptionally fresh and cooked to perfection, while the salmon, unfortunately, turned out a bit dry, likely due to being overcooked. Next time, requesting it cooked to medium might be the way to go.

Service was excellent, however the food was a bit disappointing. The crab stuffed mushrooms just tasted like mushrooms with very little crab. The clam chowder was very tasty. My wife’s crab cakes were good with plenty of crab. My steak and pan fried oysters was not very good, the steak was cooked properly but it had so much gristle it was difficult to chew (the last few bites were not edible). We came here for a romantic date lunch and were not disappointed. We sat by a window and had a lovely view of the harbor. We both ate from the specials menu - salmon tacos and linguine with Manila clams. Fish tacos are one of our favorites, and we believe these tacos are much better tasting that the other well known seafood restaurants are.
